A former warehouse has been transformed into three modern residential units through a significant renovation and requalification intervention. The project involved substantial structural work, including the complete demolition of the interior and roof, leaving only the perimeter walls standing. The reconstruction was done with a seismic steel supporting structure, ensuring maximum safety and durability over time.
