In the heart of the historic center of Siena, in Piazza Tolomei, an ancient medieval building, formerly known as the Ex Cinema Moderno, has been reborn through an excellent renovation and requalification project. The intervention successfully combined the charm of history with modern living comfort, preserving the building’s original façade and transforming the interior spaces into eight elegant apartments. Each residence was designed to ensure maximum living comfort, integrating the latest technologies. The spaces feature state-of-the-art thermal insulation, underfloor heating for uniform comfort, and triple-glazed windows made of high-quality Corten steel, which combine aesthetics, energy efficiency, and long-lasting durability.
